Leek’s Texas Cheese Fries

Feeling Cheesy!!! Well look no further, We’re gonna make some of Leek’s Texas cheese fries. Everything you need for these gooey fries is right at home. This is a simple recipe, but it tastes great. For this recipe, I’m going to show you how to make it from common items you would find in your pantry and fridge. You are going to need frozen fries , shredded cheese, jalapenos, green onions ,and, of course, some delicious ranch! This recipe is going to take about 30 minutes , but I promise it is worth the wait. Let’s dive right in!

Serves 4
Equipment:
1 Cutting board
1 Chef’s knife
1 Saute pan
1 Baking sheet




Ingredients:  
1 lb Frozen Fries
16 OZ Shredded Cheese 
3 Strips of Bacon
2 Fresh Jalapenos
1 Green Onion
Ranch(as desired)

Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 F.

Step 2: Place frozen fries on sheet pan that is  lined aluminum foil, Season the fries with salt and pepper,then place in the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Once fries are partially cooked, place a layer of fries in bottom of an oven safe pan then add cheese and bacon

Step 4: Place in oven on 400 F until cheese has fully melted.This should take about 10-15 minutes.

Step 5: Once cheese has fully melted, remove from oven and add jalapenos, ranch, and green onions.

Step 6: “Serve and enjoy.”
