Banger’s and mash
If you ever want to just want a big pint of beer and a variety of sausages to eat, I found the place. Banger’s is set in the heart of Austin, located on Rainey St. where you can also check out some other bars and little brunch restaurants. Let me tell you about Banger’s this restaurant is so big, they have 2 buildings as part of the whole restaurant. In the middle of those buildings they have an outdoor seating area and a stage where live music comes and plays Friday thru Sunday. Now doesn’t that sound fun!
My experience was great! I went with my girlfriend and it was a delightful experience. The menus they provide are big, vintage and old. They give you a food menu and a beer menu. The beer menu has over 60+ beers you can choose from! Wow that’s a lot of beer. Anyways I ordered banger’s and mash while my girlfriend ordered the jalapeño cheddar bratwurst. We ordered sides of Mac n cheese too.
The flavors of all the food came together like a harmony. The house made sausages are amazing, The restaurant puts a lot of hard work making sure that there is a flavor that they don’t miss. They also have house made vegan sausages for people that want sausage but not one with meat. This place is great for family gatherings, just you and a friend or just by yourself. I recommend coming if you’re looking for a bite to eat.
