Food is the great equalizer, no matter your background. Great food is a connector of cultures. We seek it out and it brings us great joy. Monday Burger Night at Easy Tiger at the Linc Location is a great place to find great food.
Easy Tiger is an upscale German Style Bake Shop and Grill. They offer an array of breads, pastries, treats, beer, sausage links ,and sandwiches with Everything made in house. The Jalapeno bacon burger with a fried egg, avocado spread, and a side of chips left me happy and satisfied. The patty was juicy and flavorful while the egg and jalapenos played a great second fiddle. The pretzel bun, light and fluffy, held this symphony of flavor together like the most skilled mistro. With every bite my palate overdosed with pleasure. The chips offered a fun and crunchy break from the main attraction. They were well seasoned, and accompanied with beer cheese, it was a joy to consume. Easy Tiger has 36 beers on tap making it hard for me to choose one. I told my server to bring me her favorite and she brought back beer number 6, the Shacksbury Dry. The Schacksbury is a gluten free dry cider beer. The taste was divine, it had the taste of the apple without the sweetness. My check was $22 plus tax, which is a reasonable price for the quality of food i was provided.
So if it’s a great food you seek and you seek it on a Monday night, look no further than Easy Tiger. There are 3 different locations throughout Austin. So when your getting one of those cravings go to your nearest easy tiger,You’re gonna like the food you eat, I guarantee it.
